How do I grant login access for support
In order to grant us login access, follow these steps (a screen shot is below).
Log into TotalABA.
Then click on your name (upper right) and go to Setup / My Personal Information / Grant Login Access.
Next, choose how long you want to allow access for Your Company’s Administrator.
We recommend 3 days as that should give us ample time to work with the account.
Note: regardless of how long you select, you can remove the access at any time by following the same steps.
