Viewing a List of Users

To view a list of all users in your organization you need to go to the Administration Setup of TotalABA. There are several different ways to get to this.

  1. Depending on your site click on your name in the upper right of the application and choose Setup or click the Setup link in the upper right of the application.

    1. Click on Administration Setup or Administer

    2. Click Manage Users

    3. Click Users

  2. In the collapsible left pane, click Support

    1. Go the Service Orders tab

    2. Click the Manage Users link

  3. You can also open an individual user by going to their staff member record and clicking on the User link.
