Student Therapy Notes and Graph Transitions

Student Therapy Notes can serve multiple purposes. First, they allow your Therapists to create internal notes related to a Student, that are unrelated to a Session. These notes can be shared amongst your clinical staff and are viewable during the data collection process. Second, they also allow you to create events related to the student that can be displayed on the Treatment Goal graphs.


Student Therapy Notes can be created from the new Student Therapy Notes section on the Student record, or directly from the Multi-Lesson Screen. A new section has been added to the Multi-Lesson screen, that if enabled via the Actions/Settings section allows you to view, edit, create and hide these notes:


A second purpose of Student Therapy notes is to display certain events on the Treatment Goal graph. In the screenshot below, you will notice an optional vertical line that depicts when an event took place. In this example, a new medication was started.
