The billing provider is the credentialed staff member that would be the certified billing provider submitted on a claim to insurances companies if your center bills insurance. Regardless, at least one billing provider is required in TotalABA to sign-off on sessions. Please refer to the video below for instructions on how to setup a billing provider in TotalABA. 

However, the NPI on the billing provider in TotalABA must match the NPI for a provider in PracticeSuite.
