Navigation List Pages

  1. To easily navigate TotalABA there are customizable TABS across the top of your screen.   These will help you quickly access the area of TotalABA you need.
  2. Click here to customize your TABS
  3. On the left column you will see "Recent Items" area.   These are the last patients, documents and other areas of TotalABA you previously accessed. Clicking on one of these will take you directly to one of your last task.
  4. The search screen will initially show the most recent activity to allow you to easily return.   You can also change the view from Recently Viewed to Recently Created or Recently Modified.
  5. You can click the NEW button to add a new record.  
  6. Click ALL to view a complete list of records.
  7. They search box can help you quickly locate a record
  8. You can click on your name to change your personal profile and preferences.
  9. Access to TotalABA support and settings can always be access easily on the bottom left panel.
  10. You can move the "sidebar" out of the way with this control.
