Custom Phase Change lines (AKA Transitions) place a vertical line and label on the graphs on the specified date or date range. Prior to our 2020 release, you could only create Phase Change lines on all graphs.  You could not individualize a Phase Change line for specific Treatment Goal or Behavior Graphs. Now you can specify which graphs you would like to have a phase line. Furthermore, we have added a few locations in the system where they can be created:

• The Treatment Goal or Behavior Target - From the Treatment Plan, click on the Treatment Goal or Behavior Target. Click Create Phase

• The Multi-Lesson Screen – From the multi-lessons screen, press Create Phase Line.  Enter the relevant dates and titles. Then Click Save and Assign. On the Assignments screen, select which Treatment Goals or Behavior Targets you would like to have the Phase line appear when graphing. Then Save.

Note that you can still create Transitions from the Student Therapy note, which will print on all graphs.

The Include Transitions checkbox much be checked on the graphing options screen in order to see the phase lines
