Print Multiple Clinical Documents


The ability to print the clinical document for either a student, a list of sessions or a custom defined filter has been added to TotalABA. This feature can be accessed in several different ways.

· Open a sessions list (must click Go next to the view name) and click the Print Clinical Information button. This will list all sessions for the default filter criteria. You can also select individual sessions from the list using the checkboxes to the left of each session (or click the top checkbox to select all). Selecting the sessions from the list will automatically print the clinical information for those sessions.

· Open the student record, go to the sessions section and click the Print Clinical Information button. This will list all sessions for the student where you can apply additional filter criteria if needed. You can also select individual sessions for the student using the checkboxes to the left of each session. Selecting the sessions before clicking the button will automatically print the clinical information for those sessions.

Once the print multiple sessions page has loaded, you have several options for managing it.

· Enter the search criteria using the available filter fields. Once you have set the filter, click the Load Sessions button. You can make this the default filter for future use by click the Save As Default button.

· You can remove the current filters by clicking Clear Filters and then add a new search criteria.

· Print Consolidated PDF option - If checked and all sessions that are being printed are for a single student, then the header information is only printed on the first page and there is not a new page for each session. This is useful to save paper when printing out sessions for the student. See Sidebar / Settings / Practice Admin Settings to set the default for this option.
