A TotalABA (Total Therapy) data export is simply a copy of the information we store in Salesforce, saved as files that can be opened in tools like Excel.

The export contains:

Customer and company information (account, contacts, users, staff)

Custom fields we use that are specific to our business (Students, Authorizations, Appointments, Sessions, Superbills, etc.)

Each type of information is saved in its own spreadsheet-style file.

All Attachments.

Each file represents one category of information.
(for example: Students, Authorizations, Appointments, Sessions)

Each row is one record.
(Student name)

Each column is a specific detail.
(name, email, date, status, date created)

It is not live data.

It is not a polished report - it’s raw data.

It does not automatically show relationships.
