Touch Screen - Approval Signature Not Working
Having trouble using your windows device to approve a session? Digital signature box not working from your touch screen?
Try this...
- Open up Chrome
- Type this in the URL bar- chrome://flags
- Locate a setting named Touch Events API (To locate press Ctrl + F and start typing Touch Events)
- Set it to Enabled
- Save (Relaunch Now)
- It will restart your chrome browsers.
Then try using your touch screen and approve a session.
