How do I change my secret question & answer
To change the security question requested to reset your password you can follow the steps below after logging into TotalABA.
- Click [Your Name] / My Settings / Personal / Change My Password. Note: your name is found in the upper right of the application.
- Include your current password in the Old Password field (no need to include a new password)
- From the Question drop down menu you can select the new question.
- Provide answer
- Click on Save.
