Fields in Time Categories


Active – Check this option if the time category is active. This means it may be selected for a time tracking record.

· Billable Default – Indicates if the Billable/Reimbursable field on the corresponding time tracking

record is checked by default when the category is selected.

· Level 1 Category – Enter the name of the time category (i.e. Documentation, Face to Face). If various levels of categorization are needed, make this top level category name.



· Level 2 Category – Enter the next level of categorization. This is not required. For example, Vacation or Sick (level 1 category of Time Off).

· Level 3 Category – Enter the third level of categorization. This is not required.

· Level 4 Category – Enter the fourth level of categorization. This is not required.
