The Print Clinical Document button on the view session page will generate a PDF file of the session. It will automatically include the following information:

• Practice Logo if available. See Sidebar / Settings / Practice Admin Settings for further information.

• Therapist

• Billing Provider

• Time In

• Time Out

• Appointment Type if setting is checked. See Sidebar / Settings / Practice Admin Settings for further information.

• Any fields in the Clinical Information section that have data entered (blank fields will not be included).

• Session approval signatures if setting(s) are checked. See the Sidebar / Settings / Practice Admin Settings for further information.

• Session sign-off information if the session has been completed.

• Image for the signature of the user that signed-off on the session if available. See the General Information section in Sidebar / Settings for further information.
