New Features

  • Code groups have been extended to the student. Previously they were only available on the staff member. Code groups control which procedure and/or diagnosis codes may be selected on a session based on the student, therapist (staff member) and date of service. This will now allow your practice to limit which procedure codes may be used for each student. The help documentation contains further details.

  • A new setting has been added that gives the practice the ability to only allow sessions with a specific status to be signed-off (e.g. only allow sign-off if the status is Ready for Review). This setting is found in Practice Admin tab of the settings.

  • This update includes new functionality that will allow authorized persons in your practice to manage your own users. This includes creating users, modifying security, deactivating users, send reset password links and updating the name/email. Additional information will be provided in the upcoming weeks.
