A new Invoice feature has been added that allows you to create and print invoices for your clients.

• Enter charge amounts under Private Pay Amount field on the Procedure code fields.
• A new Tax % field was added to the Procedure code page
• Total Session Amounts are based on Units

A new setting has been added to the Practice Admin tab named Ignore Appointment Location - Sign Off Warning.  When this setting is checked, it will remove the "Same Location" logic at session sign off.  It will now show appointments with different locations.

This setting is by default unchecked for you, if you wish to use this new setting navigate to Settings > Practice Admin > Check Ignore Appointment Location - Sign Off > and Save.

Authorizations with procedure countdown method will now display on the session in the order you entered them into the authorization.

You can now change date format if you select Locale of English (United Arab Emirates) on the user record. Format will be set to (DD/MM/YYYY).

The Total Therapy team can now help you add default text values to your assessments.

If you have any rich text fields on your session notes, you are now able to include images by clicking the image icon.

A new setting has been added as a general admin setting to disable the calendar search.  When checked, it disables the staff member search functionality.

The following Sign Off Problem is fixed. When signing a session individually you would see

This Session does not have Supervised session warning when it applied. It is now displaying on Buk Sign off as well.

Your calendar will now display an error if you attempt to cancel an appointment with a session. "Error: You cannot cancel this appointment because Sessions already exist.".

If it’s a true appointment cancelation, you’ll need to delete the session before canceling your appointment.

If you are using our payroll feature, we have created new rules or validations to avoid payroll errors. 

• Staff member pay rate cannot be modified for Staff Member Pay codes that have already been used. You should create a new Staff Member Pay code to change rates. 
• When adding a new staff member pay code, start date cannot be prior or equal to today’s date.
