Invoice Feature
Now, you can create and print professional invoices for your private pay clients directly within Total Therapy. The Invoice Feature is designed to empower your private pay billing process, offering you enhanced control and efficiency in managing private pay client transactions.
Key Highlights:
Private Pay Amount: Easily enter charge amounts under "Private Pay Amount" field on the Procedure code fields, providing you with flexibility and precision in billing.
Tax % Field: Introducing the "Tax %" field on the Procedure code page, offering you the ability to accurately account for taxes in your invoices, ensuring compliance and transparency.
Unit-Based Calculation: Total Session Amounts are now calculated based on Units, streamlining the billing process and providing you with clear insights into your private pay transactions.

Calendar - Session Hours
Settings > Schedule > Check Show Session Hours in left pane > Save
Calendar - Scheduled Hours
Calendar Hours are now displaying on the student calendar view and resource view to display total hours scheduled (day/week/month). You can enable this setting by navigating to your schedule settings.

Calendar - Font Color Settings
You can now choose between black and white fonts for the calendar session status. It's important to mention that the font color will automatically adjust to black or white, depending on the lightness or darkness of your selected color.
Portal Form Submission Print
Experience the convenience of printing all portal forms for a specific student with a single click. A newly introduced 'Print All Submitted Portal Form' button on the student detail page streamlines the process. Simply navigate to the student detail page, scroll down to 'Portal Form Submissions,' and click the designated button to print all submitted portal forms at once.
Default Procedure Code on Appointment Type
With this latest update, you can now set default procedure codes for specific appointment types.
Default Procedure Code Selection on appointment type: You now have the ability to assign a default procedure code to each appointment type. This means that when creating appointments, the system will automatically pre-select the designated procedure code associated with the chosen appointment type. The default procedure code will only apply if no authorization is associated with the appointment.
You can set a default procedure code by navigating to your Appointment Type tab under the + symbol. Select an existing appointment type, click to edit and add a Default Procedure Code from the picklist then save.

How to Make the Switch: If you are ready to switch to Lightning, please email our support and let us know your team is ready.
- Log in to Your Account: Access your Total Therapy account as usual.
- Navigate to Settings: Find the "Switch to Lightning Experience" option in your top menu.
