Autumn Leaves Release Note
Clone Treatment Plan to other students
You now can select a different student when cloning a Treatment Plan. This functionality will let you take one students treatment plan and apply it to another student. This will allow you to set up a templated Treatment Plan and then simply clone it to other students that may have similar treatment needs. To use this feature, press the Clone button on the Treatment Plan, change the student name (or do not, if you are cloning to the same student), deselect any Behavior Targets and Treatment Goals that you do not wish to be cloned, and press save.
Automated Authorization Selection
Authorizations will be automatically selected on the Appointment if:
- The Appointment Type selected on the Authorization, matches the Appointment Type selected on the new Appointment screen.
- There is only 1 active Authorization with the matching Appointment Type.
Custom Phase Change Lines
Phase Change lines (AKA Transitions) place a vertical line and label on the graphs on the specified date or date range. Prior to this release, you could only create Phase Change lines on all graphs. You could not individualize a Phase Change line for specific Treatment Goal or Behavior Graphs. Now you can specify which graphs you would like to have a phase line. Furthermore, we have added a few locations in the system where they can be created:
- The Treatment Goal or Behavior Target - From the Treatment Plan, click on the Treatment Goal or Behavior Target. Click Create Phase
- The Multi-Lesson Screen – From the multi-lessons screen, press Create Phase Line. Enter the relevant dates and titles. Then Click Save and Assign. On the Assignments screen, select which Treatment Goals or Behavior Targets you would like to have the Phase line appear when graphing. Then Save.
Note that you can still create Transitions from the Student Therapy note, which will print on all graphs.
The Include Transitions checkbox much be checked on the graphing options screen in order to see the phase lines.
Bulk Session Approvals
Session Approvals can now be done in bulk. The Print Clinical Session button on the Session list has been renamed to Print/Approve Sessions.
Once you press this button, use the filters to find the Sessions you wish to Approve in bulk. Two new filter options have been added to allow you to filter out Sessions that already have Approvals:
Pressing Approve Session will bring up a signature screen, like what is currently used on the individual session. Signing here will sign all Sessions that were checked in the list, when the Approve Session button was pressed.
Interval Graphing
A new behavior graphing option has been added when graphing Behaviors. Specifically, you can now graph Interval data. If a Behavior Target has interval data collected, select Interval in the Collection Type option and Percentage of Interval in the Graph Type. The Y Axis on the graph will show percentage of interval.
Prompt Graphing
There is now an option on the graphing options screen named Include Prompt Graph
If checked, it will include a second graph for each Treatment Goal. This second graph will show the count for each custom prompt used when collecting data.
Setting – Exclude from New Appointment Window
A new setting has been added under Settings > Practice Admin tab named Exclude from New Appointment Window. This allows you to remove fields from the new appointment window that your center does not use.
Automated Nightly Session Sign Off
TotalABA now has the ability to have Sessions signed off in an overnight routine. If this is something that interests you, please contact TotalABA Support for more information.
Setting – Return to Calendar on Session Save
A new setting has been added to Settings > Sessions. If enabled and the session is created from the Calendar, the system will navigate you back to the Calendar when the Session is saved.
Staff Member Edit on New User
If a new user is added after the Staff Member record has been created (not recommended), the system will link the records together, as opposed to creating a duplicate staff member. This will occur if the Staff Member has the same First and Last name as the user, and the Staff Member does not already have a link to a user.
Mass Session Print Now Recognizes Custom Print Pages
The multi-session print on the Session list, now will automatically utilize any custom session print pages that have been custom developed for each customer.
