This release includes the TotalABA Payroll beta. The TotalABA Payroll feature allows for the robust tracking of your Staff’s time via Session times, or by using a Clock In/Out feature. The system will record pay rates and overtime and at the end of the pay period will allow you to report and export the payroll data. This data can then be entered into your payroll provider system so that your payroll can be processed.

The Graph Treatment Goals button on the Treatment Plan now takes you to the new multi-graph screen. This new feature allows you to print multiple graphs for multiple Treatment Goals at one time.

By default, all Treatment Goals on the students Treatment Plan are selected to be printed. When printing, remove any Treatment Goals that you do not wish to print. Set the rest of the setting options, as needed and then press Print. Graphs for each Treatment Goal will appear

Note that the option to select the Treatment Goal Response type is not included on the settings page like it is on the Graph One Goal section. Any Treatment Goals with Multiple Treatment Goal Response Types will automatically print a separate graph for each response type.

An optional setting now allows you to print the Treatment Goal graphs on the printed Treatment Plan.

The setting can be enabled by going to Setup > Practice Admin tab and then checking off “Print Treatment Goal Graphs on Treatment Print Page” under the Treatment Plan Settings section.

After enabling this feature, pressing Print Treatment Plan will first result in a settings screen that will allow you to set parameters for the printed graphs. Once these parameters are set, the graphs will appear in the standard Treatment Goals section on the Treatment Plan.

A new setting has been added to the Treatment Graph screen named Graph Frequency with the options of Day and Month. The Day option prints the graphs as they do now where every plot on the X-axis is a day. The Month option is a new setting where each plot will be a summation of the month. If your date range is set to a partial month, then the data for that month will only contain the summation of the data within the specified date range.

Graphs can now be viewed from the Multi-Lesson screen while collecting data. To view these graphs, press the Lesson Info button next to the Lesson Plan. You will see the graph at the bottom of the Lesson Info page popup window.

You can now see the Stage Level of the Lesson while collecting data. To do so, click on the Lesson Info button next to the Lesson.

For behaviors with duration data recorded, graphs were previously shown in seconds. Now, if the duration is greater than 60 seconds, it will show in minutes on the Y-Axis.

You now have the ability to have Rich Text fields on custom Treatment Plans. Rich Text fields allow for formatted text, such as bullet points, tables, bold and colored text, etc.

To enable this feature, go to Settings > Practice Admin tab > Use Rich Text fields.

Note that by enabling this, you will no longer be able to change from one Treatment Type to another without clearing any text entered on the initial Treatment type. You will receive a warning when attempting this in the system.
