Prior to this update, a Treatment plan would be selected automatically on a Session if only one active Treatment Plan existed for a Student. If more than one active Treatment Plan existed, it would leave the Treatment Plan field blank on the Session, requiring a manual selection.

Now TotalABA can be configured to automate this selection. In order to set this up:

1. Go to Clinical Setup > Therapy Types and create a Therapy Type for each of your disciplines (Speech, ABA, OT, etc)
2. Go to the Appointment Types section and edit the relevant Appointment Types. Select the Therapy Type on the Appointment Type.
3. When creating a Treatment Plan, select the appropriate Therapy Type.

When a Session is created, and multiple Active Treatment Plans exist for a Student, it will match up the Therapy Type field on the Appointment Type with the one on the Treatment Plan in order to make the automated selection. 

Note that when the Session is created, and only one Active Treatment Plan exists for the Student it will select that Treatment Plan regardless of the selected Therapy Type.

Two new settings have been added under Setup > Practice Admin that affect the Multi-Lesson screen.

1. Hide the Complete Button on the Multi-Lesson Input Page
2. Hide the Delete Button on the Multi-Lesson Input Page
   
   

These are practice wide settings that will affect all users in your center.

A new appointment Location filter field has been added to the bulk Session Sign-Off screen that allows you to filter Sessions by location.
