Based on feedback received from our valued customers, we have added the exciting new functionality of therapy goal documentation for multi-disciplinary professionals. Many speech-language, occupational and physical therapists document progress towards objectives directly within their daily notes, rather than using our current method of collecting data. TotalTherapy now gives the choice of both options. Our new Session Therapy Goal documentation feature allows therapists to track goals and objectives included on their Therapy Plan of Care, and document directly to these objectives easily right on their TotalTherapy Session Note. This new feature allows for more accurate supervision tracking, better documentation, billing checks and balances, billing gap automation and better reporting of supervision percentages. Please see the video below for more information on how this feature works.

Supervision Setup Process

We have had several requests to remove the final Sign Off signature line from the Session print page. This is now an option under Settings > Practice Admin tab> Session Print Optional Fields > Sign Off.

The Treatment plan footer has been updated for compliance reasons. The new format complies with most payor requirements. The new format is:

Increase the Character limit to accommodate longer payer names.

A Ref Code was added to line-item Session Times sent to Kareo. This cuts down on some manual efforts when billing Session time from Kareo.

The ability to have default text in Text fields in the Session templates has been added to the release.
