A new Graph All option has been added to the Print Behavior screen. This will allow you to print multiple Behavior graphs at one time. Select a Print All option of Duration, Frequency or Rate (Collection Type). Then set the rest of the settings below and press Print Graph. A graph will print for each Behavior Target with the selected Collection Type associated to it.  

A new Show Stage Level option has been added to the Treatment Plan graphing screen. Checking this setting will add a vertical phase change line to your graphs depicting the date that a Stage Level was changed.

When cloning a Treatment Plan, you now have the ability to clone the Behavior Targets from the cloned Treatment Plan. This is very similar to what previously occurred with Treatment Goals.

After pressing Clone on a Treatment Plan, you will see a new section near the bottom for selecting the Behavior Targets that you wish to bring into the new Treatment Plan.

New settings have been added to the Appointment Type:

# of required Student Rep. Approvals

# of required Therapist Approvals

These new settings allow you to make Session Approvals required for the Session to be signed off. You can set the number of each type of approval that you wish to be required. For example, entering a 2 in the # of required Therapist Approvals field would mean that 2 Therapist Approvals would be required for Session sign off.

A new setting has been added that will add collected Behavior data to the Session Print Page.  The setting can be found under Settings > Practice Admin tab.

A new optional Intensity field has been added while collecting Frequency data.

You can print a graph of Intensity levels per the above new Intensity field. When the Collection Type is set to Frequency, a new Graph Type of Intensity is now available.

Prior to this release, the Picklist graphs were based on a percentage. A new setting now allows you to also graph them by count.

The ability to include Salary Amounts in the Total Pay field on the Timesheet has been added. To use this feature, a Staff Member must:

• Have a Payroll Profile set to Salary.
• Have a $ amount entered in the nee field on the Staff Member record - Salary Amount (Per Period).

The amount will be added to the Timesheet if 1 time block is created during the Pay Period.

A new Timesheet Status has been added named Adjusted. The Timesheet will be set to this status if a Timeblock is added after the Timesheet has been Approved, or if the Timesheet is submitted for approval after it is approved. This will be denoted by a different color on the Timesheet Approval section.

A new Print button has been added to the Timesheet approval page for those that wish to print the page.

The Timesheet Approval section is now shown in alphabetical order by Staff Member name.

The Treatment Plan now will print the Stage Level and Lesson Instructions for each Treatment Goal.

When printing a session, the term Lessons Performed has been changed to Data Collected.
