A new feature has been added to improve efficiency when scheduling home visits. The new feature is part of the Smart Scheduler and utilizes Google APIs to find therapists that live within specific distances from the client’s home. You can use this feature simply for finding therapists that live the closest to the client, or you can incorporate the mileage search into your Smart Scheduler search criteria.

This feature is enabled for customers by request only. If you have home visits and are interested in using the feature, please reach out to your account manager or support for details.

Automated emails for Portal Forms now provide the recipient with the website URL that they can use to access the Parent Portal.

Prior to this release, Student (Non-Therapy) Appointments were filtered out of the Student Day View.

When manually creating time blocks from a session, it will auto-populate the date based on the date of service of the Session.
