A new search feature has been added to the calendar that allows you to search for specific Staff Members schedules. You can use the search feature to search for up to 4 Staff Members at once. The search feature can be used in conjunction with the Schedule Views.

Note: If a Staff Member is filtered out of the current Schedule View that is being viewed, they will not come up when searched.

Also, the search will not filter out appointments on the Month View. It will also not filter appointments on the Day or Week Views if you do not have the “Day/Week View Group By Resources” setting checked.

You can now specify a Default Session Type on your Appointment Types. The Default Session Type will come up automatically as the default when the Session is created for the specific Appointment Type.

Note that this will not be the case if the Staff Member that creates the Session does not have permissions to the specified Session Type.

Rich text fields are now an option on Session templates if text formatting is needed.

Session Goals on the Session screen have been reformatted so that more than 2 response types are now visible for each goal.

For those that use Kareo, Case is a required field to sign a Session. Non-Billable Sessions no longer have that requirement and Sessions can now be signed without cases.

The Supervision Required label on the Session has been changed to Supervision Occurred.
