A new feature has been released that allows graphs to be ran on a grouped basis for better analysis of high-level data collection. This new feature allows you to group responses by the following:

Student

See one cumulative graph of every Treatment Goal on the Treatment Plan with a Yes/No Response.

Lesson 

This groups will graph the combination of all Yes/No responses for each Lesson Plan. For example, if a Lesson plan has multiple Yes/No Responses this group will show the summation of all the Yes/Nos for each response type.

Subcategory

This option will summarize the total Yes/No responses for all Lesson Plans within a subcategory.

Category 

This option will summarize the total Yes/No responses for all Lesson Plans within a category.

This new feature will be found on the Graph Treatment Goals screen on the Treatment Plan. If Group By is set to None, the graphing will behave as it did prior to this release. Also note, that all options will not appear in the Group By picklist until a Category and/or Subcategory has been selected.

A new setting has been added to the Funding Source page named Supervision Overlap Permitted. If the Funding Source pays for supervision overlap time, then this box should be checked. This allows you to use the Supervision Tracking functionality to track supervision %, but will not set the overlap time to non-billable.

You can now enter you Parent Portal URL under Settings > Practice Admin > Parent Portal URL. This will then include the URL on all correspondence sent to the parents regarding the Parent Portal.

You can now set Require Authorization on Appointment Types with a scope of Group.

The Student Calendar now supports Groups Appointment types.
