New Features

Automated Stage Levels

The TotalABA data collection module has always had the ability for you to create custom Stage Levels for your Lessons. Prior to this release, you would manually change the Stage Level, as needed. TotalABA now has the functionality where the system will automatically change the Stage Level for you based on pre-configured criteria. For this first phase of the roll out, the criteria that can be specified includes the % Correct/Incorrect over a specified # of consecutive lessons. Multiple criteria can be specified for each custom Stage Level. The criteria can be setup on the Lesson Template level, the Lesson level or the individual students Treatment Goal.

New logic for Clone and Update Auth button

In the Mavericks Release, the new Clone and Update Auth button was added to the contract. In this release the logic was changed. Prior to this release it would update all Authorizations associated to the Cloned authorization. This has changed to only update Authorizations if the Expiration date is greater than the Effective Date on the new contract. If no Effective Date is entered on the new contract, all Authorizations will be updated.
