April/May 2024 Release Note 3.322

Daily/Weekly Limits

Daily and weekly limits will allow you to set billable limitations on procedure codes based on Student Contracts and Funding source. This daily/weekly limitation will be calculated at Session Creation or at Session Sign-off.

At Session Creation or At Session Sign-off:
When your setting is selected, a daily(or weekly) procedure limitation will automatically calculate billable time for the day (or week) and any additional time will be set as non-billable time.

This new setting will be found under Settings > Practice Admin tab > under Session Settings > Daily Weekly Limit Calculation Setting.
