Credentials are used to track the various qualifications, certificates, etc. that your staff members have achieved. The credential categories and types must be setup by your practice in order to use this section. Furthermore, they may be used to filter the users in the calendar based on the schedule views. However, the All Credentials field on the staff member record must be unchecked in order for the filtering to take effect.
