Summary
Time tracking records are created from an appointment. They are used to record the amount of time spent on activities related to the appointment. These are not used to bill the insurance for the student’s sessions. Various reports are available and more may be created to suit the practice’s needs.
Furthermore, time tracking records may be created from the sessions on an on appointment. If the time tracking record is created from the session, then the Synch Method field is also available. Your practice may elect to have a time tracking record automatically created for each new session. Please contact us to set this up if desired.
Time categories are used when creating Time Tracking records. They allow for various categorizations and reporting of the time tracking records in the practice. The following fields are available on a time category.
