When viewing a student, click on the Student Calendar button to show the scheduled appointments for the student in the Day, Week or Month calendar. Below the calendar for the student is the Resource Day, Week, Month calendar for the selected users (available schedules). This will help identify which therapists have available time for new student appointments.

You can make the student calendar take up the entire screen by clicking the full screen button at the top of the calendar. You can still scroll down to view the resource calendar below it. When in full screen mode, click the half screen button to return to the split screen calendar.
