Enter the therapists assigned to the student. If your practice is using record level security, then the assigned therapist is able to access the student’s record and all related records for that student (e.g. appointments, sessions, authorizations, treatment plans, etc.).

Assigned therapists are highlighted in red with an asterisk in the Resource views of the Student Calendar. This is helpful in determining which therapists should be assigned to new appointments for the student when applicable.
