The following fields are synchronized between the LeonardoMD Renaissance application and TotalABA. If a field is not listed, that means that it is not synchronized and only exists in TotalABA.

· Medical Record # (only synchs from Renaissance to TotalABA, changes made in TotalABA will not be synched back)

· Email (only synchs from Renaissance to TotalABA, changes made in TotalABA will not be synched back)

· Gender

· Race

· Primary Language

· Ethnicity

· Billing Provider (a Staff Member record will be created if needed)

· Referring Physician (an Associated Person record will be created if needed)

· Guarantor (an Associated Person record will be created if needed)
