Contracts (student funding source)
A contract is assigned to a student for a given funding source and allows the practice to track who is responsible for the payment of services. A student may have multiple contracts/funding sources if applicable.
If your practice is integrated with LeonardoMD Renaissance, then contracts with a funding source of Insurance are automatically added and maintained from the Renaissance application and can only be viewed in TotalABA. Insurance coverages represent the student’s current (and past) enrollments. They are automatically added and maintained from the Renaissance application. They can only be viewed in TotalABA.
