These views display the appointments for the user if my schedule is selected, otherwise they show all appointments that meet the schedule views filter criteria (default is all). The day and week views are organized by the date across the top and vertically by the time of the day on the left. Furthermore, the day and week views can also be further grouped by resource if desired (see Day/Week View Group By Resources in the schedule settings).
