When viewing a student, click on the Student Calendar button to show the scheduled appointments for the student in the Day, Week or Month calendar. Below the calendar for the student is the Resource Day, Week, Month calendar for the selected users (available schedules). This will help identify which therapists have available time for new student appointments. See the Calendar tab for further information.
