This section displays all persons that are scheduled to be part of the appointment. It includes the Student and Assigned To, although those two people are maintained by the corresponding fields on the appointment.

Additional Attendees may also be added to the appointment. They are similar to the Assigned To in that they must be users in the practice and have the same restrictions as the Assigned To. Furthermore, appointments for additional attendees will display in their calendar and have the same restrictions and notifications as the Assigned To.

If additional attendees are part of a recurring appointment when it is created, they will be included in all instances of that appointment. However, once the appointments are created, only each individual appointment may be modified.
