Multi-Factor Authentication
Multi-Factor Authentication will be required when logging into Total Therapy. You will see a notice that directs you to enter a code to verify your login information.
You will need to download the Salesforce Authenticator app on your phone. You will need to use the app to verify your login information. This link will show you how to use the Salesforce Authenticator app:

If you have a new phone and need the authenticator disconnected, please email [email protected] for assistance.
Please be sure to provide company name and email associated to the user account.
